Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Unoo Studio, we want you to have the best possible experience. This policy clearly describes the cancellation and refund conditions for our service.

Unoo Studio is operated by WHALECOMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

1. Free Trial

We offer free trial generations so you can evaluate the quality of the Service before subscribing. We recommend taking advantage of this option before committing to any plan.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Unused subscription credits at the end of the period are not transferable.
  • One-time credit pack purchases do not expire and remain in your account.

3. Refunds

You may request a full refund within the first 48 hours after your first payment, provided that your use of the service has been minimal (fewer than 5 generations). After this period, we will evaluate each request individually based on the circumstances.

In the event of prolonged technical issues attributable to our platform, you may request a proportional refund for the affected time period.

One-time credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credit packs may be refunded within 48 hours of purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our team at support@unoo.studio.
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request.
  3. You will receive a response within a maximum of 5 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

5. Disputes

If you have an issue with a charge, we kindly ask that you contact our support team before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any situation quickly and fairly.

6. Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our platform, the corresponding credit will not be deducted from your account. If you notice an incorrect charge, contact support for immediate correction.
