By accessing or using Unoo Studio ("the Platform", "the Service", "we", "us"), available at unoo.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Unoo Studio is a product of WHALECOMMERCE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Registered address: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.
Unoo Studio is an advanced AI-powered professional product photography platform. It enables brands, businesses, and professionals to create commercial-quality images of their products, optimized for use in online stores, social media, and advertising materials.
To access the Service, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
The Service operates through subscription plans and one-time credit purchases that grant generation credits. Plan details, pricing, and terms are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan until you cancel.
Unused credits within a billing period do not carry over to the next period for subscription plans. One-time credit pack purchases do not expire. Prices and terms may be updated with at least 30 days' prior notice.
By using the Platform, you agree to:
Your content: You retain all rights to the original images you upload to the Platform. Uploaded images are processed solely to generate the requested results and are automatically deleted from our servers within a maximum of 24 hours.
Generated content: Generated images are licensed to you for commercial use in your own sales channels, advertising, and communications. This license is non-exclusive, worldwide, and perpetual for content you have generated.
Our technology: All software, algorithms, designs, and infrastructure of the Platform are the exclusive property of WhaleCommerce LLC and Unoo Studio, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that generated results will be identical in every detail to the original product. Results may vary based on the quality of provided images and other technical factors. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the user during the preceding 3 months.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and shall not be liable for interruptions beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through direct negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
